FCS Mediation Preparation Package — $500 flat fee

For parents preparing for a Family Court Services (FCS) custody mediation, the firm offers a limited-scope package of three conversations: an individual pre-mediation preparation session tailored to your situation (up to 1 hour), a post-mediation debrief (up to 30 minutes), and a follow-up conversation after you receive the mediator’s report (up to 1 hour). It does not include representation at your mediation, at court hearings, or any other legal services.

The $500 flat fee applies to the standard package described above; you will be advised before any engagement is confirmed if your circumstances would involve any variation. Fees are subject to change, and current fee information will be confirmed at intake.
